Refund policy
At Country Wear, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re happy to offer an exchange, refund, or store credit, provided the following conditions are met:

Items must be returned in store within 30 days of purchase, along with the original receipt.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in saleable condition, with all original tags, stickers, and swing tags attached.

Packaged items must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging.

For hygiene reasons, earrings, soaps, and bath salts cannot be returned unless deemed faulty.

Permanent sale items are not eligible for a refund unless deemed faulty. These items may only be returned for a store credit or exchange.
Returns that do not meet the above conditions may be refused, or additional fees may apply.
For online purchases, all shipping costs associated with returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
